Teaching

My philosophy to engage students focuses around three main goals:

  • to create a positive atmosphere for learning
  • to build an enthusiasm for learning
  • and to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning and skill development

To accomplish this, I utilize differentiated teaching methods that are inclusive and accessible to all in order for cultivating students’ knowledge, skills, and capability. This requires action learning strategies and structuring my courses around case studies, hands-on group activities, and opportunities for students to solve real world problems.
